Al's Cafe
You would not expect your soup choice to be Brazil de Cacao or Vegetable Creole at the local malt shop, but then again Al’s isn’t your run-of-the-mill eatery. Al’s Café provides its customers with comfort food alongside more innovative dishes that are sure to delight your palate. Thanks to the creative touch of Chef Tony Jamin, each dish is made from scratch, and tastes better than even Mom’s homemade dinners.
Chef Tony Jamin
Trained in Holland, Germany, and France, Chef Tony Jamin uses his wide range of experiences to create a menu that plays with the flavors of traditional American dishes. Implementing both European and American fusions, Chef Jamin’s authentic entrees are unlike any others you will find. The upcoming summer menu will feature more snacks, salads, and BBQ, but don’t be fooled. They all will have the classic “Al’s twist” applied to their conventional name.
Casual. Contemporary. Uniquely Al’s Cafe.
